Benjamin Moore® Multi-Purpose Primer is 100% acrylic that delivers strong adhesion and a mildew-resistant coating in a quick-drying, low-VOC formula. The spatter-resistant primer is ideal for multiple interior and exterior surfaces, offers good stain-blocking and can be recoated in one hour.
